Dinosaur + Blue Gem Poems

Get NZ Writing - poetry Over the past few weeks we have been part of the "Get NZ Writing" poetry project. This project aimed to get 96,000 poems written across NZ! We were sent a tin with objects in it and we used one of these objects to write poems. Here are my poems.

  1. Hi Hannah, It's me Billie. Good work on getting two done, I found it hard to get one done. Really nice job. From Billie.

  2. Hi Hannah,
I like the part where it says Precious Rainbow.
I like the anagram for dinosaur even though it does not make sense.
I do not see any mistakes on both the dinosaur or the gem work.

  3. Hi Hannah. I really enjoyed reading your two Get NZ Writing Poems. You definitely used 'sticky' words to describe your two items from the tin. My favourite line is, ' Ice angled sharp' because it gives me strong images. Ka rawe!
